The Hayes Guest House is situated to the North West of Nuneaton, close to Hartshill Hayes Country Park.

Our location is convenient for both Coventry and Nuneaton, and is about 12 miles from the NEC at Birmingham.

Ample street parking and off road parking is available at the guest house if required.

Our rates include Full English Breakfast, or a choice of alternatives.

We will try to cater for any special requirements you have.

All rooms have a Television and Tea and Coffee making facilities. Soap, shampoo and towels are provided in your room.

We also have an iron and ironing board, trouser press and a hairdryer which you may use.

We are also pleased to offer wireless broadband throughout the guest house for residents who require access to the Internet.
